It is with deep sadness that we share the loss of one of OFOSA’s biggest supporters. Ed Murray, husband of our Dog Adoption Coordinator Arlene Murray, left this world on 3/16/21. We imagine he is loving on all of the pups up in heaven or suggesting a remodel or two! Ed wore many hats in his lifetime and over the last 10 years he was OFOSA’s ‘handy man’, co-foster of 102 dogs with Arlene, and adopter of a few. He took care of numerous fixer-upper projects around OFOSA over the years having most recently remodeled our kitchen/medical supply area in January 2021.
Our hearts are broken for Arlene, his best friend and wife, and for all who loved Ed. His memory will last in every dog he fostered or adopted and in so many of the wonderful projects he so graciously volunteered to take care of.
